They are proactive in calling to schedule regular seasonal maintenance (if left to me to remember, it would NEVER be scheduled). The technicians are friendly, on time, and always work cleanly!

First let me tell you that I'm a senior old person, the kindness that I received from Pau and the ladies that I spoke with and your wonderful company, that I will never forget. Please excuse me, I forgot the ladies names that answered the call,and the calls to check on me.I was very upset and the gracious,sweetness and care that they gave me was awesome.I' alone and have no one to call. when I saw what was happening in my 7 yr.old home,I was scared to death. Pau, worked so very very hard to fix my plumbing needs and was so professional, he showed me kindness,and care. He explained everything that he was doing. It was very cold outside and he had the best attitude !!!!! He took the TIME to DOUBLE check everything before he left. Pau explained to me that I' going to need more repairs,AND GUESS WHO I'M USING !!!! I have already told several neighbors and RS Andrews and my experience. They also will be calling. This is a senior community,with old ladies,informed them there is no better safety and service.RS Andrews will be used alot in here,without being scared, or over priced for help. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to this wonderful company,that reallys know what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Thank you all for helping an elderly lady who was scared and didn't know to call. My hot water heater went out in the evening. I called R. S. Andrews. This is my first time dealing with them. Next day Todd arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced my hot water heater in less than two hours and did a great job. I was very impressed with his product knowledge, not only his product line, but also with the system he was replacing, which R. S. Andrews does not carry. I highly recommend their products and services. Second Review: Dec. 2025 Hey RS Andrews, so you know, Ivan did a great job. He arrived on time, performed a routine maintenance check. He gave us some good advice for us to watch for in maintaining our system. He also told us about the special deal offered by you guys for heating and air conditioning. We signed up for it. Ivan was professional and friendly. He's a great representative for R.S. Andrews.
